Can you explain the concept of double dip...</title><content type='html'>Hunter,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can you explain the concept of double dip claims? Does this just mean that a specific claim has multiple entities against which it can recover? If claims can only receive 100 cents on the dollar per the Bankruptcy Code, isn&amp;#39;t it double counting to list 100% of the claim as a liability against each entity?
